Animal Guarantees:
We guarantee live arrival of all our animals pending customer signature at time of delivery. All animals
are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding , and sexed properly. If you are not 100% satisfied please
contact us within 48 hours.

Shipping & Payment :
Most Domestic Shipments are shipped using FedEx to your door. We do not ship until we speak with
the customer to arrange a day because shipments sent FedEx must be signed for, it will not be left at
the door. We apologize but we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Full payment is required before shipping. We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, Paypal,
and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. All checks must clear
before an order will be shipped. Please make sure all checks and money orders are made payable to Pyles
of Reptiles.

Pricing:
The prices contained on our website are based on the market value at the time of posting. Prices are
subject to change without notice. If you see something that is listed higher than the current market value, please
contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Ordering:
To place an order please feel free to use our online shop. If you would rather contact us personally
please contact us via the CONTACT PAGE, phone, Facebook or email. We only ship on Tuesdays. Anything ordered by close of business Monday will ship the next day. We will not ship out orders until we have personally
contacted you to verify your shipping information.
